Passionate about sustainable living and self-sufficiency, I’ve practiced organic gardening for years and follow a vegetarian lifestyle. My professional focus is clay craftsmanship, especially building traditional tile stoves and ovens, combining heritage skills with sustainability. I enjoy sharing my knowledge through workshops and courses.
As head of the Öko-völgy Foundation, I oversee the exclusive distribution of the European V-label in Hungary. Living sustainably has been central to my life for decades, and I have been lacto-vegetarian for nearly 30 years. We support Hungary’s vegan community by certifying vegan food and cosmetic products and plan to expand into clothing.
With nearly 25 years as a lacto-vegetarian and several years practicing veganism, I lead the V-label group, coordinating international cooperation and grant projects. My work supports education and outreach to grow awareness of vegan certification locally and abroad.
